A 100% gluten free bakery using all natural baking ingredients such as butter, eggs, & whip cream. We make our own flour blends using organic quinoa & millet flour, sorghum flour, organic corn flour to name a few. We also use non GMO canola oil and no preservatives or additives. You might just forget that you are eating gluten free!
We are proud to be a small, locally owned bake shop serving up great food to great people in our very own community. We believe that gluten free can be delicious and that yes...you can have your cake (and bread and cookies) and eat it too!
